FlexiTech SU - Central battery safety luminaire

Eaton supports emergency lighting designers and installers to maximise their time and efficiency through a single, high quality, easy-to-install product family which shares the same, slimline look and feel, and meets most of the projects’ requirements. Its eco-design, robust construction, premium plastics, innovative waterproofing technologies, reliable electronics and low power consumption make FlexiTech a sustainable range, which is made to last. FlexiTech SU (safety light with uniform illumination) delivers universal light distribution (420 lm), and is equally suitable for escape route and open area lighting for mounting at heights up to 7.5 m. Its innovative, precise micro lenses guide light efficiently along the escape route while glare is significantly reduced thanks to the large light output area. The use of LEDs, long life components, automatic testing and monitoring devices (CG-S) significantly reduce the operating and maintenance costs of the installation.

Double membrane technology - IP66

Entries made of a special thermoplastic elastomer with specific compound developed by automotive industry. Cable entries on sides have an innovative design with 2 membranes (no cable gland needed) :

  • The outside membrane protects against water jet pressure
  • The inner membrane perfectly surrounds the cable for enhanced sealing

1. Slotted holes for quick fixing and easy adjustment, specific holes in corners for high resistance fixing

2. Screwless terminal blocks with double connection

3. Up to 9 cable entries in Thermoplastic Elastomer, no plastic parts to break when access from the back

5. Possibility of direct mounting on electrical boxes (Ø 67 mm)

6. Transparent baseplate with a large working space for ease of installation and replacement of existing products

Efficient lighting performance

Innovative precise micro lenses guide light efficiently along the escape route while thanks to the large light output area the glare is significantly reduced, especially suitable in applications like night light. 

Universal light distribution equally suitable for escape route and open area lighting for mounting heights from 2.5 to 7.5 m (1 lx) in a very compact luminaire.
