Eaton offers a comprehensive range of industrial plugs designed to meet diverse application requirements: the locking plug (CF), the flush plug (CB), the solid plug with hexagonal head (CK), the round plug (CQ), the hollow plug with hexagonal head (CY), and the new polyamide plug with hexagonal head (CPM).
Featuring Ex d (explosionproof), Ex e (increased safety), and Ex t (dust protection) protection types, these plugs are suitable for use in demanding ATEX and IECEx environments, with a wide ambient temperature range from -60°C to +200°C depending on the associated seal type.
Metal plugs (with Ex d protection) are available in five formats: the locking plug (CF), the flush plug (CB), the solid plug with hexagonal head (CK), the round plug (CQ), and the hollow plug with hexagonal head (CY).
Polyamide plugs (with Ex e / Ex t protection mode) are available in two formats: round head (CQ) and our new hexagonal head plug (CPM).

Five explosion proof metallic stopping plug types for hazardous area electrical enclosures
Tamperproof plugs are inserted from the outside with the Allen key towards the enclosure and then tightened from the inside to leave a flush finish to prevent unauthorised removal.
RX plugs are inserted with the Allen key pointing away from the box and tightened from the outside.
A hollow version of the hexagon head plug but still with Exd/Exe certification.
Hexagon headed plugs are inserted from the outside and fastened by means of a spanner. They can be fitted with a washer to increase the IP rating of the assembly.
Can be offered as an alternative to the hexagon headed version. Glass filled nylon version available in CQ type only.
