Power cords

The patented P-Lock and P-Lock Lite power cords are designed for installers and data center customers to securely power equipment via the locking C39 and C13 ports on Eaton rackmount PDUs. Tight connection? Here's the best way to remove P-Lock power cords from a PDU socket

Eaton P-Lock power cords are designed to create a secure, locking connection with compatible outlets on a PDU, such as the C13 and C39 ports on Eaton G4 PDUs. In order to disengage the locking tabs on either side of the power cord from the PDU, sufficient pressure must be placed along the tabs. The easy way to ensure correct pressure is being exerted on the tabs is to press with a thumb and forefinger above the rounded tabs, as there may be slight variations in the connection between the connector and PDU where simply squeezing the rounded tabs is not enough pressure to release the lock.
