General purpose ventilated transformers

Eaton types DS-3 (single-phase) and DT-3 (three-phase) general purpose ventilated dry-type transformers are two-winding, self-cooled, and available in a wide variety of primary and secondary voltage combinations. General purpose transformers are designed for continuous operation at rated kVA. They are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with all of the latest applicable ANSI, NEMA and IEEE standards.

  • Optional low-sound 3 dB and 5 dB below NEMA ST-20 standard
  • Available in 60 and 50 Hz
  • NEMA 2 standard enclosures, NEMA 3R with field-installed weathershields
  • Transformers include a versatile bonding/grounding bar affixed to the bottom panel as standard, to provide compliance with NEC 450.10(A)
